TrueAITools is committed to maintaining an authentic, honest, and helpful directory of artificial intelligence software. Our community guidelines ensure transparent feedback and protect the integrity of user ratings.

1. Authentic & Evidence-Based Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine firsthand experience using the AI software. Never submit promotional PR copy, fabricated feedback, or compensated spam.

2. Vendor Conflict of Interest Policy

Strict Prohibition: Tool founders, employees, investors, and affiliated vendors are strictly prohibited from reviewing or rating their own products. Any attempt to review an owned tool is automatically blocked and may result in vendor badge revocation.

3. Verified Reviewer Designation

The "Verified Reviewer" badge is granted strictly based on authentic evidence—such as verified corporate domain authorization or verified software usage proof. We never fabricate verification indicators.

4. Constructive Pros & Cons

When submitting a review, please highlight specific strengths and legitimate limitations to assist fellow creators and businesses in choosing the right tool.

5. Moderation & Appeals

All reviews undergo editorial review prior to publication. If your review was rejected and you believe this was done in error, you may submit a formal appeal through your member dashboard with supporting documentation.
